Le Cure Girls alla Wings For Life World Run 2017

Sono da poco tornata a Londra dopo aver partecipato alla Wings For Life World Run a Milano!

Ho incontrato le mie sorelle Cure Girls Loredana, Arcangela e Marina insieme  a circa 40 supporters del Cure Girls Team che hanno corso e spinto con noi per una cura per la paralisi. La Cure Girl Sabrina ha partecipato alla World Run a Brasilia! La World Run è una corsa mondiale che si svolge contemporaneamente in 33 nazioni (111 locations, 155.288 participanti and 1.431.183 km percorsi) e il 100% della quota d’iscrizione va alla ricerca per la cura delle lesioni del midollo spinale.

Per me è stato davvero emozionante vedere tutte quelle persone partecipare ad un evento unico il cui scopo è quello di finanziare la ricerca per fare in modo che 3 milioni di persone come me possano un giorno gettare via le proprie sedie a rotelle.

L’atmosfera a Milano è stata semplicemente incredibile e mi rende così orgogliosa di lavorare accanto alle mie compagne Cure Girls … Tutte noi siamo unite dalla stessa passione e determinazione nel combattere per una cura!

The Cure Girls took part at the 4rd edition of the Wings For Life World Run

Lolly Mack WFLWR in Milan 2017I’m back in London and still absolutely buzzing after attending the Wings For Life World Run in Milan! I met up with my Cure Girls Loredana, Arcangela & Marina along with our 40 strong Cure Girls Team who were running & pushing for a cure for paralysis. The Cure Girl Sabrina took part in Brasilia!

It’s a worldwide run which takes place simultaneously in 33 countries and 100% of the entry fee goes to spinal cord injury research. (111 locations, 155,288 participants and 1,431 183km covered)

For me it’s really emotional seeing everyone taking part in such a huge event for such an important cause which funds research to get people like me and 3 million others OUT of wheelchairs.10k WFLWR 2017 Cure Girls in Milano

The atmosphere in Milan was just amazing, and it makes me so proud to be working alongside my fellow Cure Girls… All of us with the same passion and determination to fight for a cure!
